Digital transformation

Digital transformation (DT, DT, DX, digital transformation)

Digital transformation (DT, DT, digital transformation) is, according to Wikipedia, the integration of digital technologies into all aspects of business, business processes and company culture. But the true interpretation of the term may be different.

For some companies, this is the use of a free SaaS CRM system. For others, ERP implementation and complete business transformation. There is also a category of people who, having somehow implemented bots in the customer service department and setting up auto funnels, consider themselves a very modern digital organization.

My expert opinion is that digital transformation is still more related to culture. When people in an organization begin to think about efficiency, optimization, and the value that their ideas bring, then technologies are superimposed with ease, like Christmas toys on a Christmas tree.

My work is reminiscent of Jurassic Park.
