Resource will surely become priority number 1 with increasing complexity of tasks. And hence the question that more and more people are asking: "How to increase personal resource capacity and energy intensity?"
There are times when you are at the top, and chic ideas flow into your head. And the question of inspiration, motivation, willpower, in principle, does not arise - the brain is resourceful and clear, and the body is easy-going. You wake up in the middle of the night and start inventing, recording, and creating in every way. And especially corrosive, if they turn off the light, they may even see how the energy sparkles.
But it also happens in another way - when the flow fails, the brain fails and there are no ideas and desires. Due to my professional activity, the question of my own energy intensity is very acute for me. They say that intellectual work takes a lot of energy. I had my doubts. Because after suddenly coming up ideas (insights), there is such a surge of energy that you want to dance. They say you need to switch. I had my doubts - multitasking always caused only fatigue - a lot of fuss, little use. They say - you need to go in for sports and lead an active lifestyle. I had doubts - after playing sports, muscle pains arose and more often I wanted to sleep.
